Engineered Floors Ranked Top Carpet Manufacturer on Forbes’ Best Employers for Diversity List

Dalton, Ga. (Feb. 18, 2019) – Forbes has recognized Engineered Floors as one of the “Best Employers for Diversity” as well as the number one carpet manufacturer for diversity.

The employers on the list were selected as the result of an independent survey in which over 50,000 employees, working at companies with at least 1,000 employees, were surveyed on their employers as well as other employers within the same industry. Employees gave their opinions on how their employers handle topics such as age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+, and general diversity.
